In order to fill out the Participation Form you must first be logged onto the conference website. You are currently not logged in.
If you have already created an account on the website: (a) go to Conference Login, just above Meeting Information, in the top left hand panel of the page (b) Click on Conference Login and follow the steps required to login (c) Once you are logged in, you will be able to see Participation Form. You can fill it out here by clicking on the form or (b) you can return to the main page and clicking on Participation Form there. Fill out the Form as required and then press Submit. If you do not have an account on the website (a) go to Conference Login, just above Meeting Information, in the top left hand panel of the page (b) Click on Conference Login and follow the steps required to Create an Account (c) After you have created an account, then follow the steps outlined above for people who accounts on the conference website. |
